0 0 11 <br />DECLARA QN OF OFFICIAL INTENT TO R MBURSE /If <br />This declaration (the "Declaration") is made pursuant <br />to the requirements of United States Treasury Regulations Section <br />1.103-18 and is intended to constitute a Declaration of Official <br />Intent to Reimburse under such Treasury Regulations Section. <br />The undersigned is authorized to declare the official <br />intent of the (the "Issuer") with <br />respect to the matters contained herein. <br />Cl. Expenditures to be Incurred. The Issuer <br />anticipates incurring expenditures (the "Expenditures") for a <br />highway capital improvement program (hospital equipment <br />acquisition, school building renovation, rehabilitation of an <br />office building) (the "Program").] <br />Cl. Funds to be Expended. The Issuer intends to incur <br />expenditures (the "Expenditures") from its parks and recreation <br />fund (capital improvement fund, police and fire equipment fund, <br />etc.)". The general functional purpose of such fund is to <br />finance capital improvements to the Issuer's park and recreation <br />system (capital assets, police and fire equipment, etc.) (the <br />"Program").] <br />2. Plan of Finance. The Issuer intends to finance <br />the cost of the Program described above with the proceeds of debt <br />to be issued by the Issuer (the "Bonds"). <br />3.
