Petition by William H. Cooper to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Light Industrial District 10.17 acres of land on the western side of Beechtree Drive beginning at a point approximately 1150 feet south of the intersection of Sunset Drive and U.S. Highway 1, 15-501, excluding the portion of the property which is in the City of Sanford's extraterritorial planning jurisdiction measured as the property 300 feet from the centerline of Beechtree Drive. B. Petition by William Kottcamp to rezone from Residential Agricultural District to Highway Commercial District 0.705 acres of land located on the eastern side of Colon Road at the southwestern corner of Colon Road and Birchard Road. C. Petition by Clara Cameron to rezone from Residential Restricted District to Residential Agricultural Conditional Use District approximately one acre of land at 4123 Harvey Faulk Road to locate a new single wide manufactured home on the property to replace the older existing single wide manufactured home.
