Plans are underway for a year -long celebration to <br />commemorate the college's service to our community. <br />Our kick -off celebration will be held on July 23, 2011 from 3:00 until 9:30 at the Emergency <br />Services Training Center located at 3000 Airport Rd, Sanford NC 27330. <br />This event will include an appearance from Sanford's own Mike Wheless, an air show from the <br />82 Airborne Free Fall Team, a com hole tournament, live music from local band "The Fog ", <br />food vendors, a motorcycle display, an antique car display, a Kids Zone with a slide and a <br />• bounce house, representation from local fire departments, and the finale will be a twenty minute <br />fireworks display provided by Hale Artificier, Inc. <br />If you need any more information, please let me know. <br />Thank you, <br />Loiraine T.
