<br />After some discussion commissioner Cox moved to award the contract to
<br />Office World, Inc. at 44 cents/transaction. Commissioner Hall
<br />seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows:
<br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker
<br />Nay: None
<br />The chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously.
<br />The Board considered a recommendation from Ed Fitchett,
<br />Stuart-Fitchett & Associates to award the bids for the
<br />Courthouse/Jail/Law Enforcement Center. The following bidders
