After a brief discussion commissioner Hall moved to <br />approve the budget amendment. Commissioner Reives seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Cox, Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the adoption of the Fiscal Year 1992-93 <br />Budget Ordinance. Mr. K.R. Hoyle, County Attorney, went over some <br />changes to be made in the written ordinance. After some discussion <br />Chairman Stafford moved to allow individuals to take four (4) free <br />tires to the landfill for proper disposal and for this to be in <br />effect for one year. Commissioner Cox seconded the motion, and upon <br />a vote, the results were as follows: <br />11 <br />
