After discussion, Commissioner Hayes moved to approve the <br />agreement with Byrd Brothers Emergency Services, LLC for debris removal, a copy of which is <br />attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof, and to include the City of Sanford <br />and the Town of Broadway in the contract.
