Library board of trustees <br />Page I of 1 <br />043 <br />The governing body of a county or city may appoint a library board of trustees. The governing <br />body shall determine the number of members of the board of trustees (which may not be more <br />than 12), the length of their terms, the manner of filling vacancies, and the amount, if any, of <br />their compensation and allowances.
