Based on a review of the current fiscal situation that impacts our State and <br />counties, it was decided that the Center would not request an increase in County <br />General Funding from Lee County. <br />Therefore, Sandhills Center's FY 11 -12 County General Budget Request for Lee County <br />• is as follows: <br />Current County General Allocation: $ 240,000 <br />Total FY 11 -12 County General Request: $ 240,000 <br />Total Per Capita Allocation: $ 4.04 <br />Note: See Attached County General Funding Chart. <br />Total Lee County Funding Request $ 240,000 <br />In considering this request, please note the following: <br />• Sandhills Center has not requested an increase in County General Funding <br />during the past seven years. <br />• Sandhills Center currently ranks 15'" out of 23 Local Management Entities <br />(LMEs) in terms of per capita County General support. <br />• Sandhills Center devotes its entire County General funding allocation to the <br />support of our County Walk -in /Crisis Units. <br />• Any reduction in County General Funding will result in a loss of critical <br />crisis /psychiatric services for the consumers and families in Lee County. <br />ITS <br />Providing access to services for Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities and Substance Abuse <br />ACCREDITED In Anson, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph, and Richmond Counties <br />TM� O Call 1- 800 - 256 -2452 at any hour of the day or night <br />H THV UE MNMANAGEME`? <br />039 <br />
