The public hearings -will be conducted for considefation of the following amend- ments: ' Consider several corrective amendments to Article 13 Flood Hazard AreaThigula- tions based on recommen- dations from the NoNh Caro- - lina Division of Emergency Management. The recom- mended changes include'. ` Changes to Section" - 13.4.4.1 to clarify the'use of - Elevation Certificatesae it. relates to construction ac- tivities within a flodd hazdrd area.
