Commissioners attending were Richard <br />B. Hayes, Larry "Doc" Oldham, Charles T. _Parks_ Nathan -E. Paschal, Linda A. Shook, and <br />• James K. Womack, Jr. Commissioner Robert T: Reiv_es was absent. Staff in attendance <br />included County Manager John Crumpton, Assistant County Manager /Finance Director Lisa <br />Minter, and Clerk to the Board Gaynell Lee. <br />Chairman Shook called -the meeting to order at 1 p.m <br />The Webinar 1 = p;m =and included presenters John Stephens from the School <br />of Government, Malissa Talbert from the City of Wilmington, and Kenneth Hunter from the City <br />of Rocky Mount. <br />The=Webinar concluded-:"at 2:30 p.m. After discussion of the Board, with no action <br />taken,_Commissioner_Shook adjourned the meeting, by a unanimous vote, at 2:50 p.m. <br />= Linda A.
