No roads for motor vehicle travel shall be constructed on <br />said property, however a parking lot for motor vehicles may be <br />constructed on a portion of the property which is contiguous with the <br />public highway adjoining said property. <br />5. No signs, billboards or other advertising structures shall <br />be built or allowed to remain on said property. <br />6. No dumping or placing of soil or other substance or <br />material as landfill, or dumping or placing of trash, waste or <br />unsightly or offensive materials shall be permitted on said property. <br />7. No removal or destruction of trees, shrubs or other <br />vegetation shall be permitted except in construction of permitted <br />activities set out in paragraphs 2 and 4 above. <br />8. No excavation, dredging or removal of loam, peat, gravel, <br />soil, rock or other mineral substance in such manner as to affect the <br />surface of said property shall be allowed. <br />9. No use of the surface of the property shall be permitted <br />except for agricultural, farming, forest or outdoor recreational <br />purposes or purposes permitting the land to remain predominantly in <br />its natural state. <br />10. No activities detrimental to drainage, flood control, water <br />conservation, erosion control or soil conservation shall be permitted <br />on said property. <br />11. No other acts or uses detrimental to such retention of said <br />land shall be permitted. <br />12. This conservation agreement may be enforced by any public <br />body of the State of North Carolina, including the State, any of its <br />agencies, any city, county, district or other political subdivision <br />or municipal or public corporation, or any instrumentality of any of <br />the foregoing; or any private corporation or business entity whose <br />purposes include any of those stated in the conservation agreement as <br />defined in General Statute § 121-35(1), by injunction and other <br />appropriate equitable relief administered or afforded by the courts <br />of this State. Damages or other monetary relief may be awarded as <br />authorized by General Statute §121-39(a). <br />13. This agreement shall authorize any party entitled to <br />enforce this agreement or such party's representative to enter the <br />premises herein conveyed in a reasonable manner and at reasonable <br />times to assure compliance. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described land and premises <br />together with all the privileges and appurtenances thereunto <br />
