The Excess Liability comes into play when the primary limits have been exhausted. <br />The Excess Liability allows the member to purchase a single increased limit, and use the limit where it is necessary. <br />The Excess Liability does not increase each individual Liability limit, but is available in any covered Liability area <br />should the need arise.
