Reginal Williams of 827 Cotton Road stated he saw no problem in putting two mobile homes on the lot. He lives approximately one mile down the road from the proposed site in a mobile home himself. The following individuals spoke in opposition of the request. Hazel Tysor of 5324 Cumnock Road stated she had a hard time getting her home built on the current site, which was built in 1988, and she does not want to have two mobile homes in her front yard. She fears the value of her property would be decreased. Eddie Taylor, Jr., of 5312 Cumnock Road has site in question for twenty-three years and owns requested rezoning area.
