Reginal Williams of 827 Cotton Road stated he saw no problem in <br />putting two mobile homes on the lot. He lives approximately one mile <br />down the road from the proposed site in a mobile home himself. <br />The following individuals spoke in opposition of the request. <br />Hazel Tysor of 5324 Cumnock Road stated she had a hard time <br />getting her home built on the current site, which was built in 1988, <br />and she does not want to have two mobile homes in her front yard. <br />She fears the value of her property would be decreased. <br />Eddie Taylor, Jr., of 5312 Cumnock Road has <br />site in question for twenty-three years and owns <br />requested rezoning area. He feels he can put up <br />and feathers from Golden Poultry but he does not <br />coming in beside him. He did not have a problem <br />mobile home being placed on the lot but had cony <br />wides. <br />lived beside the <br />land surrounding the <br />with the big trucks <br />want "renters" <br />with a double wide <br />erns about two single <br />Larry Smith, brother to Hazel Tysor, assisted his sister when <br />she was building her house four years ago. He had protested another <br />rezoning request on surrounding land a couple of years ago and was <br />also against this request. <br />Commissioner Hall made a motion to close the public hearings. <br />Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />At this time Commissioner Hall made a motion to resume the <br />regular meeting and finish items on the agenda that had not been <br />finished when the dinner recess was voted upon. Commissioner <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Hall, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the following proclamation for Drug <br />Awareness Week: <br />5 <br />
