Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: Wicker <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one <br />vote. <br />The Board considered the examination of official bonds for the <br />Sheriff, Register of Deeds, Tax Assessor, Finance officer and any <br />employee who handles $100.00 or more at any one time. After some <br />discussion commissioner Reives moved to approve the bonds in the <br />amounts presently required. Commissioner Matthews seconded the <br />motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered Tax Releases and Refunds for October, 1992, <br />as set out in the Tax Release Reports attached to these minutes and <br />by this reference made a part hereof. Mr. Nathan Crissman, Tax <br />Administrator answered questions of the Board. After some discussion <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the Tax Releases and Refunds <br />for October, 1992. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon <br />a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered disposal of surplus property for the <br />Department of Senior services which is located at the old depot and <br />Broadway Community buildings. After some discussion commissioner <br />Garner moved to donate the equipment at the Broadway Community <br />Building to the City of Broadway and declare the dishwasher and <br />refrigerator at the depot surplus property. The County Manager was <br />authorized to sell this property by a private sale. Commissioner <br />Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />4 <br />
