Commissioner Paschal seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford Nay: Wicker The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a six to one vote. The Board considered the examination of official bonds for the Sheriff, Register of Deeds, Tax Assessor, Finance officer and any employee who handles $100.00 or more at any one time. After some discussion commissioner Reives moved to approve the bonds in the amounts presently required. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered Tax Releases and Refunds for October, 1992, as set out in the Tax Release Reports attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Mr. Nathan Crissman, Tax Administrator answered questions of the Board. After some discussion Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the Tax Releases and Refunds for October, 1992. Commissioner Reives seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered disposal of surplus property for the Department of Senior services which is located at the old depot and Broadway Community buildings. After some discussion commissioner Garner moved to donate the equipment at the Broadway Community Building to the City of Broadway and declare the dishwasher and refrigerator at the depot surplus property. The County Manager was authorized to sell this property by a private sale. Commissioner Matthews seconded the motion, and upon a vote, the results were as follows: 4
