A. Scope of Technical Services - Permit Amendment <br />Comments received during formal review progress meetings will be incorporated <br />into the Application. <br />RSG will deliver copies of the Permit Amendment Application to the NCDWM <br />and the County. <br />Task Deliverables: Copies of a Draft Permit Amendment Application will be prepared for the <br />County. <br />Copies of a completed Permit Amendment Application will be submitted to the <br />NCDWM. RSG will track this permit submittal through approval by the <br />NCDWM. <br />Key <br />Understandings: The Permit Amendment Application will be submitted to the NCDWM after the <br />Application has been reviewed by the County and review comments incorporated <br />into the document. <br />Planned Meetings: One (1) meeting, one-half day duration, with County staff at the 90% complete <br />stage. One (1) meeting, one-half day duration, to review with the NCDWM staff. <br />Information and <br />Services Provided <br />by Others: Comments will be provided by County staff during review/progress meetings. <br />7. Response to Comments from the NCDWM <br />Objective: To respond to specific technical comments as discerned from the NCDWM's <br />review of the Permit Amendment Application. <br />RSG Activities: Respond to technical issues raised by the NCDWM in their review of the Permit <br />Amendment Application. <br />Prepare responses to the NCDWM comments and submit Permit Amendment <br />Application revisions to County for review prior to submitting responses to the <br />NCDWM. <br />Task Deliverables: Pending approval by the County, responses to comments from the NCDWM <br />regarding the Permit Amendment Application will be submitted to the NCDWM <br />and the County. Copies of all approved responses will be prepared and delivered <br />to the NCDWM and the County. <br />Key <br />Understandings: The County will review and comment on any responses prepared to address the <br />NCDWM's comments regarding the Permit Amendment Application prior to <br />submitting responses to the NCDWM. <br />RSG has allocated a budget of $3,000 for this task.
