O`~fl <br />PART III: EQUIPMENT OPTIONS <br />In order to participate in this HAVA program you are required to select one of the following <br />options: <br />❑ We desire to purchase vendor-provided equipment and software from the <br />certified list that will be available on January 2, 2008. We acknowledge that <br />additional county funding may be required to complete the purchase. <br />-or- <br />We desire to purchase the state developed electronic access system <br />1 (EASY) and we select the following option (select one): <br />Purchase and deliver the EASY laptops and software for processing <br />voters in the November 2007 municipal election. <br />C~ Purchase and deliver the EASY laptops and software at a ratio of one <br />per precinct for "voter lookup" in the November 2007 municipal election. <br />The balance of the EASY laptops and software will be delivered in <br />January of 2008. <br />0 Purchase and deliver the EASY laptops and software for delivery in <br />January of 2008. <br />-or- <br />We do not wish to participate in this HAVA Grant and the SBE is authorized <br />to redistribute our funds equally to the other counties participating in this <br />Grant. <br />
