015 <br />® Chairman Brown closed the public hearing. <br />Commissioner Kelly moved to approve an Agreement Regarding Incentive <br />Funds for Caterpillar, Inc. By and Between Lee County Economic Development <br />Corporation and Caterpillar, Inc., a copy of which is attached to these minutes <br />and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Brown, Kelly, Lemmond, Paschal, and Reives <br />Nay: Shook and Smith <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted by a five to two vote. <br />The Board welcomed new County Manager Mr. John Crumpton. <br />l~J <br />E <br />With no further business to come before the Board, Chairman Brown <br />adjourned the meeting until 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2007, at the Lee County <br />Board of Elections Office, 225 S.
