Interim Planning Director Bob Joyce discussed with the Board the steps taken in creating a special assessment district, and answered questions of the Board. After some discussion Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the attached Resolution, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof, and to hold a public hearing on the matter at the next meeting on March 8, 1993, and for the Planning Department to keep the chairman informed if the location of the public hearing should need to be changed.
