Chairman Stafford thanked all <br />the participants for their time and effort in participating in the <br />program and presented certificates to the following individuals: <br />Barbara Alphin, Jeffrey Allen, Barry Butzer, Theresa Gardiner, Dallas <br />Harper, Kim Crowson, Margaret Flash, Kurt Henningsen, Mary Foster and <br />Pete Watson. <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to open the public hearing for the <br />Wildwood Subdivision water extension.
