coax 15 r s~ 60 <br />015 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />MONDAY, MARCH 8, 1993 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, <br />March 8, 1993, in the Commissioners' Room, Lee County Government <br />Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present <br />were Commissioners John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha <br />L. Matthews; Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C. <br />Stafford, Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker. <br />Chairman Stafford presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />Commissioner Jack Dossenbach, Jr. delivered the invocation. <br />The Building, Grounds and Utilities Committee reviewed the draft <br />of the minutes of the February 18, 1993, meeting. Commissioner <br />Matthews, Chairperson of the Committee moved to adopt the minutes as <br />the official record of said meeting. Upon a vote, the results were <br />as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Matthews, and Paschal (Committee Members) <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Finance Committee reviewed the draft of the minutes of the <br />February 19, 1993, meeting. Commissioner Reives, Chairman of the <br />Committee moved to adopt the minutes as the official record of said <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Reives, and Stafford (Committee Members) <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the February 15, <br />1993, Board of Commissioners meeting. Commissioner Garner moved to <br />approve the minutes as the official record of said meeting. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />1 <br />
