0 BOOK 15 PACE -v <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the resolution had passed unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution for the Wildwood Water <br />extension project, a copy of which is attached to these minutes, and <br />by this reference made a part hereof. Administrative Services <br />Director Bob Joyce appeared before the Board and answered questions. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the Resolution directing the <br />project be undertaken. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the Resolution had passed unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution for a Bank Credit Card <br />Application with First Citizens Bank & Trust Company, a copy of which <br />is attached to these minutes, and by this reference made a part <br />hereof. County Manager William Cowan discussed with the Board the <br />need for this service. After some discussion commissioner Dossenbach <br />moved to approve the Resolution authorizing the Bank Credit Card <br />Application. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the Resolution had passed unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution approving the County <br />Transition Plan detailing the structural changes necessary to achieve <br />program accessability to existing facilities for The American's With <br />Disability Act (ADA). County Manager William Cowan discussed the <br />plan and answered questions of the Board. After much discussion <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the following Resolution: <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Lee County ADA Transition Plan as <br />presented at this meeting be approved and adopted as the official <br />transition plan for Lee County detailing the structural changes <br />necessary to achieve program accessibility in compliance with the <br />Americans With Disabilities Act. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />008 <br />7 <br />
