IM approve the minutes as the official record of said meetings. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered approval of the agenda. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the agenda as printed and asked that an item be placed on the agenda for discussion under Unfinished Business considering a "motion to revive consideration". The Board considered an agreement with John Loving & Associates on development of the Wilrik Building into housing for senior citizens and the handicapped. Commissioner Matthews asked that a 45-day extension be given to John Loving & Associates so other options can be studied. The Board considered a motion to revive consideration of a request made by Mr. Donald Simpson from the last meeting to support the granting of an encroachment easement along Center Church Road for the purpose of installing a 3" sewer line. Mr. Eugene Hines, Health Director, and James Shakleton, Environmental Health Supervisor, appeared before the Board and answered questions. Mrs. Bea Gaster, Marguerite Coggins Ferguson, and Herman Logan spoke in opposition to the request. Commissioner Reives moved to endorse the granting of an encroachment along Center Church Road. After further discussion, Commissioner Garner amended the motion that the encroachment along Center Church Road be granted but within 60 days, if and when the City of Sanford installed a city sewage line in the area, the property owners must hook into the city sewage system.
