} <br />BM Oil <br />j 5 rc t5v <br />discussion Commissioner Reives moved to approve the Youth Services <br />Program Agreement Revision. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a water bill adjustment for Debbie Lee of <br />1936 Riddle Road. Administrative Services Director Bob Joyce <br />discussed with the Board the reasons for the adjustment. After some <br />discussion Commissioner Wicker moved to approve the water bill <br />adjustment for Debbie Lee of 1936 Riddle Road. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered disconnecting Well #1 at Owl's Nest and #5 <br />at Trails End. Administrative Services Director Bob Joyce appeared <br />before the Board and explained that testing costs for each well will <br />increase to approximately $3,000.00 per well per quarter for FY <br />1993-94. Neither well site would be declared surplus but held in <br />case of emergency. After some discussion Commissioner Paschal moved <br />to disconnect Well #1 at Owl's Nest and #5 at Trails End. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the bidder's list for the final rehab unit <br />for the Beulah Brown Road Project. Administrative Services Director <br />Bob Joyce discussed with the Board that several contractors have not <br />made a bid in several rounds and others have expressed no interest in <br />bidding on work in Lee County in the future due to travel distance. <br />The following Eligible Bidder's List was considered: <br />Oliver Langston <br />1279-D S.R. 1259 <br />Goldsboro, NC 27530 <br />10 <br />
