X 002 <br />L40,0K 15 PACE 77 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />MONDAY, APRIL 5, 1993 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, <br />April 5, 1993, in the Commissioners' Room, Lee County Government <br />Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present <br />J were Commissioners John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha <br />L. Matthews; Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C Stafford, <br />Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker. <br />Chairman Stafford presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />County Attorney K.R. Hoyle delivered the invocation. <br />The Building, Grounds and Utilities Committee reviewed the draft <br />of the minutes of the March 4, 18, 22 and 31, 1993 meetings. Changes <br />were made to the minutes and Commissioner Matthews, Chairperson of <br />the Committee moved to adopt the minutes as the official record of <br />said meetings. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Matthews, and Paschal (Committee Members) <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Finance Committee reviewed the draft of the minutes of the <br />March 26, 1993, meeting. Commissioner Reives, Chairman of the <br />Committee moved to adopt the minutes as the official record of said <br />meeting. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Reives and Wicker (Committee Members) <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the March 8, <br />regular meeting, and the special emergency Board of Commissioners <br />meeting held on March 25, 1993.
