Lemmond, Jr. to rezone from <br />Residential Agricultural District to Residential Mixed Conditional <br />Use District approximately 13.68 acres of land on the northern side <br />of Black's Chapel Road across the intersection of Black's Chapel Road <br />and Sheriff Watson Road for the location of four additional <br />subdivision lots to be known as Wayside Village Section III which, in <br />addition to the five existing subdivision lots in adjacent Wayside <br />Village Section II, creates a major subdivision. The petitioner <br />proposes to allow only Class A and Class B manufactured homes, as <br />well as site built homes to locate in the subdivision. <br />R.B. Rezoning request by B.I.G.
