07 <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended <br />denial of Benny and Linda Sloan's petition to rezone from Residential <br />Agricultural and Residential Mixed Districts to Residential Mixed <br />Conditional Use District a total of approximately 19.16 acres of land <br />on the northern side of Longstreet Road and Woodland Trails Road. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to accept the Planning Board's <br />recommendation. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended <br />denial of R. B. Lemmond, Jr.'s petition to rezone from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Residential Mixed Conditional Use District <br />approximately 13.68 acres of land on the northern side of Black's <br />Chapel Road. Commissioner Garner moved to accept the Planning <br />Board's recommendation. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended <br />approval of a portion of C.P. Properties, Inc's petition to rezone <br />from Residential Agricultural District to Heavy Industrial District <br />their property on the northern side of Brown Road. Commissioner <br />Garner moved to accept the Planning Board's recommendation. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended <br />approval of the petition to rezone from Residential Agricultural <br />District to Highway Commercial District 2.05 acres of land on the <br />western side of Highway 87 South and Harvey Faulk Road.
