Commissioner <br />Matthews moved to support HR 707 which would extend for two years the <br />deadline for compliance with EPA's Subtitle D regulations. Upon a <br />vote the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution supporting HR 135 which would <br />delegate to states the authority to enact flow control laws affecting <br />solid waste generated within the states' jurisdiction. Commissioner <br />Matthews moved to support HR 135 which would delegate to states the <br />authority to enact flow control laws affecting solid waste generated <br />within the states' jurisdiction. Upon a vote the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution supporting financial assurance <br />provisions to include a "local government test" provision. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to support financial assurance provisions <br />to include a "local government test" provision.
