Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />After further discussion Commissioner Dossenbach moved for the <br />Interim Planning Director to notify the 200-225 Lee County residents <br />who have not complied with the Temporary Occupancy Permit Regulations <br />and let them know they must comply with the Ordinance or the County <br />will give them until December 31, 1993, or legal action will be taken <br />against them. After much discussion Commissioner Reives made a <br />substitute motion to table the matter and study further before taking <br />any action. Upon a vote of the substitute motion the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Matthews, Reives, Stafford and Wicker <br />Nay: Dossenbach, Garner, Paschal <br />The Chairman ruled the motion passed with a four to three vote. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Department staff recommend the <br />Board of Commissioners release the irrevocable letter of credit <br />submitted by Van Harris Realty, Inc. and Pauline S. Harris in the <br />amount of $11,000 guaranteeing construction of a road and cul-de-sac <br />in the winding creek Farm Subdivision, Section 5. Commissioner <br />Garner moved to release the letter of credit. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered amended solid waste rules and disposal fees <br />to be changed effective July 1, 1993. Public Works Director Bobby <br />Johnson appeared before the Board and explained the changes and <br />answered questions of the Board. After some discussion Commissioner <br />Garner moved to approve the amended solid waste rules and disposal <br />fees to be effective July 1, 1993, a copy of which is attached to <br />these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof.
