bl 15 pn, 190 008 <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommends <br />approval of Charles Brown's petition to rezone 6.01 acres of land at <br />304 Country Estates Drive from Residential Mixed District to Highway <br />Commercial Conditional Use District for the location of a beauty <br />shop. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to accept the Planning Board's <br />recommendation. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommends <br />approval of the preliminary plat for the Deer Run Subdivision located <br />on Cedar Lane Road, with the stipulation that only Class A <br />manufactured homes and site built homes be located on the property. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the Planning Board's <br />recommendation. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommends <br />approval of the preliminary plat of the Doe Run II Subdivision <br />located off Deep River Road subject to a cul-de-sac being shown at <br />the end of the existing section of Doe Run Drive. Commissioner <br />Dossenbach moved to defer consideration on the matter. Upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated The Planning Board unanimously recommends that <br />the Lee County Board of Commissioners schedule a public hearing to <br />consider amendments to the Lee County Zoning ordinance concerning <br />Temporary Occupancy Permit for Class B and Class C Manufactured <br />Homes. After much discussion Commissioner Matthews moved to hold a <br />public hearing on the matter but to schedule the date and time for <br />7 <br />
