a~o~~ 15 ~ncE 187 005 <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />The Board considered amendments to the Resolution to establish <br />the Lee County Department on Aging and by-laws of the Lee County <br />Senior Citizens Board. Senior Services Director Pam Adams answered <br />questions of the Board. Commissioner Garner moved to approve the <br />amendments to the Resolution to establish the Lee County Department <br />on Aging and by-laws of the Lee County Senior Citizens Board. <br />Commissioner Stafford asked to abstain from voting due to his <br />involvement on the Senior Services Board. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />The Board considered changes to policies and procedures of The <br />Enrichment Center of Lee County. Senior Services Director Pam Adams <br />answered questions of the Board. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to <br />approve the changes to policies and procedures of The Enrichment <br />Center of Lee County. Commissioner Stafford asked to abstain from <br />voting due to his involvement on the Senior Services Board. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />The Board considered the annual CBA Program Agreement for Youth <br />Services. Youth Services Director Todd Edwards appeared before the <br />Board and discussed the agreement. After a brief discussion <br />commissioner Reives moved to approve the CBA Program Agreement, a <br />copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made <br />a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. <br />The Board considered Youth Services renewal contracts with <br />Johnston and Harnett Counties for the provision of residential <br />services to the Hillcrest Youth Shelter. Youth Services Director <br />Todd Edwards and John Clark, State Consultant for Community-Based <br />Alternatives (CBA) programming appeared before the Board and <br />discussed the progress made over the past year at Youth Services. <br />4 <br />
