Those present <br />were Commissioners John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha <br />L. Matthews; Nathan E. Paschal; Robert T. Reives; William C. <br />Stafford, Jr.; and Gordon A. Wicker. <br />Chairman Stafford presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />County Attorney K. R.
