' 12 <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a leasehold <br />agreement form embracing the terms of the proposed lease, a copy of <br />which is attached to this resolution and by this reference made a <br />part hereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners as <br />follows: <br />Section 1. That the real property hereinbefore described is <br />declared to be surplus property which will not be needed by the <br />County for the term (10 years) of the proposed lease. <br />Section 2. That the Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Clerk are <br />authorized and directed to carry out the relocation of J.R. Williams <br />in keeping with the provisions of the approved Community Development <br />Block Grant Program. <br />Section 3. That the leasehold agreement form submitted to this <br />meeting is hereby approved and the Chairman or Vice-Chairman is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver, and the Clerk <br />to the Board is hereby authorized and directed to attest and <br />acknowledge, the leasehold agreement substantially in such form with <br />such necessary and appropriate variations, omissions, and insertions <br />as may be approved by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman. <br />Section 4. The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Clerk to the Board <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver for and on <br />behalf of the County any and all certificates, documents, or other <br />papers and to perform any and all acts they may deem necessary or <br />appropriate in order to carry out the intent of this resolution and <br />the matters herein authorized. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Matthews, Paschal and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Commissioner Matthews moved to open the public hearing to <br />consider eliminating Article XIII, Administrative and Legal <br />Provisions, section 3, Temporary Occupancy Permit for Class B and <br />Class C Manufactured Homes from the Lee County Zoning Ordinance. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Matthews, Paschal and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice-Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />11 <br />
