ego ~~~G oz <br />Z94- <br />MINUTES-OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />JULY 15, 1993 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, <br />July 15, 1993, in the Commissioner's Room, Lee County Government <br />Center, 106 Hillcrest Drive, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present <br />were Commissioners John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; Bertha <br />L. Matthews, Nathan E. Paschal and Gordon A. Wicker. Commissioners <br />Robert T. Reives and William C. Stafford, Jr. were absent. <br />Vice Chairman Wicker presided and the following business was <br />transacted: <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle delivered the invocation. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular June <br />21 and 29, 1993, meetings. After noting a spelling correction, <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the minutes as the official <br />record of said meetings. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board reviewed the draft of the minutes of the regular June <br />17, 1993, and special called June 28, 1993, Building, Grounds & <br />Utilities meetings. Commissioner Matthews, Committee Chairperson, <br />moved to approve the minutes as the official record of said meetings. <br />Upon a vote, of Committee members only, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Garner, Matthews and Paschal <br />Nay: None <br />The Vice Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered approval of the agenda. County Attorney <br />K.R. Hoyle asked that he be allowed to give a report from the Board <br />of Elections under Other Business. Commissioner Garner moved to <br />approve the agenda as printed with the above addition. Upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />1 <br />
