After much discussion <br />Commissioner Dossenbach moved to table the recommendation for <br />$1,000.00 for the study of the Cumnock Water System until the next <br />meeting and instruct Interim Planning Director Bob Joyce to contact <br />the City of Sanford about doing the inspection/evaluation at no <br />charge. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach and Reives <br />Nay: Garner, Matthews, Paschal and Stafford <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had failed. <br />After further discussion Commissioner Matthews moved for Interim <br />Planning Director Bob Joyce to contact the City of Sanford to do the <br />inspection/evaluation at no charge and if they are unwilling to do <br />this, appropriate $1,000.00 to hire an engineer. Planning Board Chairman James Wicker <br />and Interim Planning Director Bob Joyce answered questions of the <br />Board. After much discussion Commissioner Reives moved to amend the <br />Zoning Ordinance for underpinning of mobile homes to be effective <br />January 1, 1994. After further discussion Commissioner Stafford <br />amended the motion to be effective October 1, 1993.
