Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been approved unanimously. The Board considered a request to hire an engineer to evaluate the Cumnock Water System for $1,000.00. After much discussion Commissioner Dossenbach moved to table the recommendation for $1,000.00 for the study of the Cumnock Water System until the next meeting and instruct Interim Planning Director Bob Joyce to contact the City of Sanford about doing the inspection/evaluation at no charge. After much discussion Commissioner Reives moved to amend the Zoning Ordinance for underpinning of mobile homes to be effective January 1, 1994. After further discussion Commissioner Stafford amended the motion to be effective October 1, 1993.
