909 15 Phu 314 0 3 <br />PRIORITY 605F - Survey, Right-of-Way Acquisition, <br />Grade, Drain, Base, Pave, and Erosion Control <br />SR 1721B from SR 1720 to Dead End - 0.13 Mile <br />Secondary Road Trust Fund <br />Estimated Cost and Allocation - $15,000.00 <br />PRIORITY 7 - Survey, Right-of-Way Acquisition, <br />Grade, Drain, Base, Pave, and Erosion Control <br />SR 1287 from SR 1204 to Dead End - 0.09 Mile <br />Secondary Road Trust Fund <br />Estimated Cost and Allocation - $10,000.00 <br />PRIORITY 8 - Survey, Right-of-Way Acquisition, <br />Grade, Drain, Base, Pave, and Erosion Control <br />SR 1583 from End of Pavement to Dead End 0.14 Mile <br />Secondary Road Trust Fund <br />Estimated Cost and Allocation - $5,000.00 <br />BE IT RESOLVED THAT, The Division of Highways of the <br />Department of Transportation proceed with these projects as far as <br />right-of-way and secondary road allocations for Fiscal Year 1993-94 <br />will allow. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a zoning recommendation of the Planning <br />Board. Planner Leisa Powell stated the Planning Board recommended <br />approval of the rezoning request for Alan I. Herman to rezone 14.88 <br />acres of land on the western side of Nicholson Road from Residential <br />Agricultural District to Residential Restricted Conditional Use <br />District with the following conditions: (1) that the "Declaration of <br />Restrictive Covenants" as submitted during the public hearing, be <br />adhered to as a condition of approval with the following amendments: <br />(a) no lot shall be used except for single family dwellings for <br />residential purposes. No manufactured homes, modular homes, mobile <br />homes or house trailers or similar structures shall be erected upon, <br />moved to or placed upon any lot, and (b) all electrical, telephone, <br />cable television and other utility lines shall be buried underground <br />within the entire subdivision. After some discussion Commissioner <br />Matthews moved to approve the recommendations of the Planning Board, <br />deleting item (b) above - all electrical, telephone, cable television <br />and other utility lines shall be buried underground within the entire <br />subdivision, and to add a statement that all streets in the <br />subdivision must be paved according to Department of Transportation <br />specifications regardless to the number of houses built, and to show <br />on the subdivision plats that surrounding property is zoned <br />3 <br />
