Boo 15 e~ _ 3 s5 2 4 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />AUGUST 5, 1993 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County <br />of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 4:00 P.M. on Thursday, <br />August 5, 1993, at the job site of the new Courthouse/Jail/Law <br />Enforcement Center, 1408 South Horner Blvd., Sanford, North Carolina. <br />Present were Commissioners John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; F. Hubert Garner; <br />Bertha L. Matthews; Nathan E. Paschal; and William C. Stafford, Jr. <br />/ Commissioners Robert T. Reives and Gordon A. Wicker were absent. <br />VI The Board conducted a "hard hat" tour of the facility. <br />Architect Ed Fitchett and Clerk of the Works Allen Capps conducted <br />the one and one-half hour tour and answered questions of the Board. <br />No business was conducted nor actions taken during the tour. <br />William C.
