County Manager William Cowan recommended The Phoenix Agency, Inc. be awarded the contract at a cost of $16,500.00. Other bids received were: Joseph M. Gamewell Associates, Inc. $23,142.00 Test and Balance Corporation $17,250.00 Commissioner Paschal moved to accept the low bid for The Phoenix Agency, Inc. at $16,500.00. The Board considered a change order to the Magistrates office at the new courthouse. County Manager William Cowan discussed with the Board the changes needed. Commissioner Paschal moved to authorize the change order for the Magistrates area in the amount of $7,049.00.
