15 ^+rr. 374 <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the Boards' were in executive session. Following the Boards' <br />discussion in executive session, Commissioner Dossenbach moved the <br />executive session be closed. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and <br />the Board recessed for dinner. <br />Following dinner, with all members present, commissioner Paschal <br />moved that the Board hold joint public hearings with the Lee County <br />Planning Board on matters of mutual concern as advertised and <br />scheduled for this date and time. Upon a vote, the results were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Chairman invited the Planning Board Members to join the <br />Commissioners for the joint public hearings. Mr. Bob Joyce, Interim <br />Planning Director, and Ms. Leisa Powell, Planner, presented the <br />following: <br />A. Petition by Jerry Holt to rezone from Residential <br />Restricted District and Residential Agricultural District to <br />Residential Agricultural Conditional Use District .46 acres of land <br />on the western side of Byrd Avenue for the location of a single wide <br />Class B manufactured home. <br />Mr. Jerry Holt of 3016 Byrd Avenue spoke in favor of the <br />rezoning request. <br />Mr. Darryl Davis of 3021 Byrd Avenue spoke in opposition to the <br />rezoning request. <br />B. Petition by Wanda Howard to rezone from Residential <br />restricted District to Residential Mixed Conditional Use District <br />approximately 1.5 acres of land at the northeastern corner of Quail <br />Ridge Drive and Eakes Road for the location of one multi-family <br />apartment with three units. <br />007 <br />7 <br />
