The Board considered a request from Pioneer Yarn Mills, Inc, for an adjustment of the 1993 tax levy. Commissioner Reives moved to waive the late peanlty for listing 1993 tax levy for Pioneer Yarn Mills, Inc. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered a Medicaid Participation Agreement,with the Division of Medical Assistance. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the Medicaid Participation Agreement with the Division of Medicaid Assistance, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof.
