® 004 <br />~onK 15 P't~ 371 <br />Section 2. <br />Neither the selling official or the members of his family nor <br />the other employees of the Lee County Library System or the members <br />of their families shall be eligible to purchase any of the property <br />declared to be surplus and sold in the manner aforesaid and pursuant <br />to this resolution. <br />Section 3. <br />Mr. Mike Matochik, the administrator to whom the foregoing <br />powers are delegated, shall make semiannual reports to the Board of <br />Commissioners as follows: <br />(a) One report is to be filed February 1st, summarizing <br />sales between the preceding July 1st and December <br />31st; <br />(b) The other report shall be filed by each August 31st <br />summarizing the sales between the preceding January <br />1st to June 30th; <br />(c) Each report is to <br />(1) generally describe any property disposed of; <br />(2) list to whom it was conveyed; <br />(3) state the consideration received for the <br />property. <br />Section 4. <br />This policy shall be in full force and effect from and after the <br />adoption of this resolution. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution for the final assessment roll <br />for the Wildwood Subdivision water line. Commissioner Matthews moved <br />to approve the Final Assessment Roll for the Wildwood Subdivision <br />water line, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this <br />reference made a part hereof.
