011 <br />b9to 15 =rc~ 378 <br />3/93-7193 Conversations with Bob re: his talks with City about water/sewer and mobile <br />home restrictions. Bob discovers City Planning Dept. Will not allow mobile home on exiting lot. <br />Conversations With Bob Joyce re: alternative sites for Mr. Williams. Site located on Cone <br />Street. We agree to offer this lot as aftemative. <br />7-6-93 Discussion with Mr. Hoyle on setting up a meeting with Mr. Williams to discuss <br />his pending relocation. Mr. Hoyle to arrange meeting. Meeting set for 11:00 AM on 7-19-93. <br />7-18-93 Meeting with Mr. Williams, his niece, Carolyn, Mr. Hoyle and myself. Mr. <br />Williams clearly slates that he has no interest In the Cone Street . Mr. Williams Indicates that <br />he does not want to be relocated off his lot at all. Mr. Hoyle discusses with Mr. Williams that the <br />lot(s) are titled to Williams son who is apparently on the lam. Mr. Williams acknowledges that <br />his son does have title and he admits he has no way of reaching him. Mr. Hoyle discuss that this <br />is a problem In regard to the relocation. Mr. Williams acknowledges this. He threatens to leave <br />during the course of this meeting several times. Finally leaves when Mr. Hoyle excused himself <br />to lake a phone call. <br />7-16 through 6/2 Conversations with Mr. Hoyle on what options were left with regard to <br />Mr. Williams. My recommendation to Mr. Hoyle is not to spend any money on this relocation <br />until we know for certain that the Board wants it pursued further In light of the results of our <br />meeting on 7-19-93 in which Mr. Williams dearly expressed no desire for relocation as proposed. <br />91-93 Boar discusses case, <br />9-10-93 County delivers letter to Mr. Williams asking him to attend 9-20-93 meeting, <br />9-20-93 Mr. Williams attends. He apparently relays no desire for relocation. Board <br />agrees to drop this actidfty. Second program amendment will be needed. <br />
