os <br />nqa 15 409 <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended <br />approval of the petition by Wanda Howard to rezone from Residential <br />Restricted District to Residential Mixed Conditional Use District <br />approximately 1.5 acres of land at the northeastern corner of Quail <br />Ridge Drive and Eakes Road for the location of one multi-family <br />apartment with three units with the following condition: the plan of <br />the three unit apartment as submitted by the petitioner shall be <br />constructed and not deviated from. Commissioner Paschal moved to <br />approve the Planning Board's recommendation. Upon a <br />vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board tabled consideration of the <br />proposed amendments to Article IV, Interpretation of Words and Terms, <br />Section 2, Definitions, definition of Family Care Home, and to <br />Article VII, District Regulations, Section 3, Table of Permitted <br />Uses, Notes to the Table of Permitted Uses in The Zoning ordinance of <br />Lee County, North Carolina. No action was taken on this matter. <br />The Board considered a request from Mr. Raymond Stone to allow <br />permission for him to keep his driveway on 5th Street in its same <br />position. County Attorney K.R. Hoyle discussed the situation with <br />the Board and answered questions. Commissioner Paschal moved to <br />approve the request and a written agreement be drawn by the County <br />Attorney for Mr. and Mrs. Stone to sign agreeing to the terms and <br />nature of his use of this county property.
