BOOK 15 ~r.~~ ~t78 <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered an order requesting the Tax Collector to <br />collect taxes. Commissioner Paschal moved to approve an order <br />requesting the Tax Collector to collect taxes, a copy of which is <br />attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a request for five families in Lee County <br />to hook on to Harnett County water. Administrative Services Director <br />Bob Joyce answered questions of the Board. Commissioner Reives moved <br />to approve the five families who live on Radford Road, located in Lee <br />County, be allowed to hook on to Harnett County water. Upon a vote, <br />the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered recommendations of the Planning Board. <br />Interim Planning Director Bob Joyce presented recommendations from <br />the Planning Board. He stated the Planning Board unanimously <br />recommended approval of the petition by Jerry Holt to rezone from <br />Residential Restricted District and Residential Agricultural District <br />to Residential Agricultural Condition Use District .46 acres of land <br />on the western side of Byrd Avenue for the location of a single wide <br />Class B manufactured home with the following condition: the <br />manufactured home must be removed from the property within six months <br />of the date that Jerry Holt's elderly mother no longer resides in the <br />home. After some discussion commissioner Garner moved to accept the <br />Planning Board's recommendation and change the condition to read as <br />follows: the manufactured home must be removed from the property <br />within six months of the date that Jerry Holt's elderly mother or <br />mother-in-law no longer resides in the home. Upon a vote, the <br />results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />05 <br />5 <br />
