0 eM 15 PRSF 429 <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution in support of proposed state <br />bonds for clean water, community colleges, universities and state <br />parks. County Manager William Cowan discussed the Resolution with <br />the Board and answered questions. Commissioner Reives moved to <br />approve a Resolution in support of proposed state bonds for clean <br />water, community colleges, universities and state parks, a copy of <br />which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part <br />hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a Resolution in support of the proposed <br />constitutional amendment allowing <br />the issuance of <br />economic <br />development financing <br />bonds. Interim <br />Planning Director <br />Bob Joyce <br />answered questions of <br />the Board. <br />Commissioner Reives <br />moved to <br />approve a Resolution <br />in support of <br />the proposed cons <br />titutional <br />amendment allowing the <br />issuance of e <br />conomic development <br />financing <br />bonds, a copy of which <br />is attached to <br />these minutes and <br />by this <br />reference made a part <br />hereof. Upon a <br />vote, the results <br />were as <br />follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered applications to the County of Lee for <br />temporary services to Carolina Power & Light Company and Public <br />Service Company of North Carolina for temporary service for one (1) <br />day for the Lee County Arts Center. County Attorney K. R. Hoyle <br />answered questions of the Board. Commissioner Matthews moved to <br />approve the applications for temporary service to Carolina Power & <br />Light Company and Public Service Company of North Carolina, copies of <br />which are attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part <br />hereof.
