2 <br />tr <br />{ <br />A <br />11P ~Irkl je Tvuntg ;!~nttrbr of Cnvntraisstnners <br />Friar In m at it an <br />WHEREAS, the Kiwanis Club of Sanford will sponsor Healthy <br />Families for Lee County as part of their major emphasis program, <br />the Healthy Families is being sponsored because of the conviction <br />that the family unit is the basis of the American society we are <br />seeking to build and that the welfare of children is dependent on the <br />family life they have at home; and <br />WHEREAS, Lee County Family Day will be conducted on October 23, <br />1993, in support of healthy Families. The day will consist of <br />organized activities at or originating from Kiwanis Park; and <br />WHEREAS, objectives include, but are not limited to, building <br />and reinforcing the family unit, increasing the level of awareness <br />of the challenges being faced by families, and developing greater <br />public support for the Kiwanis Club of Sanford and the work that is <br />being sponsored by the club. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, William C.
