is -Pr"r=_ 155 <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended Guy <br />Maddox Construction's petition to rezone 51.86 acres of land at the <br />northwestern and southwestern corners of the intersection of Cox <br />Maddox Road and Cox Mill Road for the location of a twelve lot major <br />subdivision allowing only site built homes, no type of modular or <br />mobile home, and lots must contain a minimum of 1500 heated square <br />feet. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the recommendations of the <br />Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended the <br />approval of Deep River Mineral's petition to rezone approximately 14 <br />acres of land on the northern side of Deep River Road for the <br />location of a specialty stone processing and sizing operation with <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The operation will use the same existing entrance <br />onto Deep River Road as the adjoining Wake Stone <br />Corporation's stone quarry. <br />2. The building constructed will not be visible from <br />Deep River Road. <br />3. The processing of the stone will take place within <br />a building. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the recommendations of the <br />Planning Board. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />Mr. Joyce stated the Planning Board unanimously recommended <br />amending The Zoning ordinance of Lee County, North Carolina <br />concerning Family Care Homes as follows: <br />1. Article IV, Interpretation of Words and Terms, Section <br />0'7 <br />7 <br />
