Bob <br />Joyce, Interim Planning Director stated the Planning Board <br />unanimously recommended approval of Michael A. Thomas' petition to <br />rezone 1.0 acre of land on the eastern side of Sanders Road for the <br />location of an automobile repair garage with the following <br />conditions: <br />1. No equipment of any type, including automobiles, may <br />be stored outside the building. <br />2. A public restroom may be added to the building in <br />compliance with all North Carolina and Lee County <br />health and building code regulations. <br />Commissioner Garner moved to approve the recommendations of the <br />Planning Board.
