0 <br />Cable Partners be and the same is hereby withdrawn, repealed, and <br />rescinded. <br />2. This ordinance is effective immediately. <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a request from Central Carolina Community <br />College requesting to use funds on hand in the amount of $11,200 to <br />upgrade the dishwasher in the kitchen area at the Civic Center <br />($7,600) and lights for traffic island and stages ($3,600). <br />Commissioner Paschal moved to approve the request from Central <br />Carolina Community College to transfer funds of $11,200 to Capital <br />Outlay. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered tax refunds and releases for August and <br />September, 1993. Tax Administrator Nathan Crissman answered <br />questions of the Board. Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the <br />tax releases and refunds for August and September, 1993, a copy of <br />which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part <br />hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered a senior citizens exemption for Ms. Sarah <br />Godfrey. Ms. Godfrey had stated in a letter to the Tax office that <br />she was not aware of the senior citizens exemption and therefore did <br />not apply for it. Commissioner Matthews moved to approve the senior <br />citizens exemption for Ms. Sarah Godfrey. Upon a vote, the results <br />were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives and Stafford <br />Nay: None <br />The Chairman ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. <br />The Board considered the Health Department Fee Policy. County <br />Manager William Cowan told the Board this was a standard fee policy <br />05 <br />5 <br />
