Hoyle announced that Commissioner Bert <br />Matthews had been elected as Chairperson by a vote of four to three. <br />At this time Commissioner Stafford and Matthews exchanged seats. <br />Commissioner Stafford made the following statement to <br />Chairperson Matthews, "Good luck with your Chairmanship Mrs. Matthews <br />and I wish you the best". <br />Chairperson Matthews made the following statement to former <br />Chairman Stafford, "Bill, I want to say thank-you on behalf of <br />myself, for your strong initiative we have been a very progressive <br />Board and I commend you for that and also for your consideration of <br />all the other commissioners when we've had separate meetings, you've <br />always tried to accommodate each of us and I thank you for that". <br />Chairperson Matthews called for <br />Ballots were distributed, and after <br />counted the results were as follows: <br />COMMISSIONER <br />Dossenbach <br />Garner <br />Matthews <br />Paschal <br />Reives <br />Stafford <br />Wicker <br />the election of a Vice-Chairman. <br />they were marked and signed, when <br />VOTED FOR <br />Paschal <br />Garner <br />Garner <br />Paschal <br />Garner <br />Paschal <br />Garner <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle announced that commissioner Hubert <br />Garner had been elected Vice Chairman by a four to three vote. <br />The Board considered annual examination of official bonds. <br />County Attorney K. R. Hoyle answered questions of the Board. After <br />some discussion Commissioner Dossenbach moved to approve the <br />following bond schedule for County employees: <br />Register of Deeds $ 50,000 <br />Sheriff 10,000 <br />Finance officer 100,000 <br />Tax Collector 100,000 <br />Employees 250,000 <br />Upon a vote, the results were as follows: <br />Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford <br />and Wicker <br />Nay: None <br />003 <br />3 <br />
