The Board considered a Proclamation designating the week of December 12-18, 1993, as "Winter Weather Awareness Week" in Lee County. Commissioner Reives moved to approve the Proclamation, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously. The Board considered an agreement for dietitian services for Youth Services. County Attorney K. R. Hoyle answered questions of the Board concerning the agreement. Commissioner Stafford moved to approve the agreement for dietitian services for Youth Services. The Board observed a short recess. Upon returning from recess, with all members present, commissioner Dossenbach moved to go into executive session to discuss a personnel and contractual matter. Upon a vote, the results were as follows: Aye: Dossenbach, Garner, Matthews, Paschal, Reives, Stafford and Wicker Nay: None The Chairperson ruled the motion had been adopted unanimously and the Board was in executive session. Following the Board's discussion in executive session, Commissioner Dossenbach moved the executive session be closed.
